This graphic is utterly amazing. It shows the amount of time people spend getting information from different sources. You can see that the highest quality sources (internet and books) combines to a low percentage of overall time. Of the internet time, we do not know how much of it is spent in high quality information retrieval. The internet only has the potential for high quality retrieval, it certainly is not used that way on average.
