We began this blog out of disgust for the terrible state of US media, and the propaganda job it does on its viewers and readers. If it were not for the internet and great sites like projectcensored.com, naomiklein.com, center for public integrity, and many many others we would truly be in the cave of disinformation offered by television, Newsweek and the local newspaper. This site is designed to create original content in some cases, but in other cases simply to showcase the great journalism happening all over the web.
